Travel enquiries

When you submit an enquiry form on this website we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, destination, travel dates, duration, number of travellers, budget, travel style and any message or special requirements.

These details are stored securely in our enquiry database and used only to respond to your enquiry and plan your trip. Enquiry records are not publicly readable; only authorised Travelonama staff can access them.

Email notifications

Each enquiry triggers an internal notification email to our travel team so a planner can pick it up. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Our newsletter is separate and only sends travel notes when you explicitly opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Analytics and cookies

We may use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how the website is used and how our campaigns perform. These tools use cookies or similar identifiers.

We do not send your name, email address or phone number to any analytics or advertising tool. Where consent is legally required in your region, analytics and marketing tags load only after you agree.

Marketing attribution

We record the campaign parameters attached to the link you arrived through (for example utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid, fbclid, msclkid, ttclid), the page you landed on and the referring website. This is used for marketing measurement only.

WhatsApp

If you choose to continue a conversation on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled inside WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We use it to discuss your trip.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers for website hosting, database storage, email delivery and analytics. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell your personal information.

Data storage and retention

Enquiry data is stored in a secure managed database with access controls, and is retained for as long as needed to plan and support your travel, or to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to hello@travelonama.in.
