This itinerary begins with your arrival at Srinagar Airport, where you'll be transferred to a hotel or houseboat. You’ll experience a tranquil shikara ride on Dal Lake and explore the stunning Mughal gardens—Chesma Shahi, Nishat, and Shalimar. The following day, you’ll head to Gulmarg for a chance to ride the world’s highest cable car or enjoy golf at the highest golf course. In winter, snow jeep transfers may be needed to access Gulmarg. Your journey continues to Pahalgam, where you’ll drive through picturesque saffron fields and pine forests along the Lidder River. In Pahalgam, you can relax or choose from various optional activities such as horse riding and exploring Chandanwari, Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, and Baisaran Valley. The trip concludes with a return to Srinagar for additional sightseeing and a transfer to the airport for your onward journey

Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Srinagar

- Arrive at Srinagar Airport.
- Meet the representative and transfer to your hotel or houseboat.
- Evening shikara ride on Dal Lake.
- Overnight stay in Srinagar.
- Local sightseeing: Visit Mughal gardens—Chesma Shahi (Mughal Spring), Nishat (The Garden of Bliss), Shalimar (The Abode of Love).
Day 02: Srinagar to Gulmarg

- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Proceed to Gulmarg.
- Optional activities: Ride the world’s highest cable car, "Gondola," or play golf at the world’s highest golf course.
- Overnight stay in Srinagar.
- Note: Gondola and pony rides are not included. In winter (Nov & Dec), snow jeep transfers from Tangmarg to Gulmarg may apply at an extra cost. No cars allowed inside Gulmarg due to restrictions.
Day 03: Srinagar to Pahalgam
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Check out from Srinagar and drive to Pahalgam, the Valley of Shepherds.
- Drive through saffron fields, pine forests, and along the Lidder River.
- Arrive in Pahalgam and transfer to your hotel.
- Rest of the day at leisure.
- Overnight stay in Pahalgam.
- Note: Optional activities in Pahalgam include horse riding, visits to Chandanwari, Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, and Baisaran Valley (additional cost).
Day 04: Pahalgam to Srinagar
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Drive back to Srinagar.

Day 05: Departure from Srinagar
- Breakfast at the hotel or houseboat.
- Check out and transfer to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey.

Other important information
Additional Cost On Tour
If not booked, a houseboat can be rented at ₹1000 per hour for a maximum of 2 passengers. In Pahalgam, the union vehicle cost ranges from ₹3000 to ₹5000 per vehicle, accommodating up to 6 passengers. In Gulmarg, the union vehicle cost should be paid directly. The Gondola ride costs ₹1000 per person for Phase I and ₹1200 per person for Phase II. Additionally, there are extra charges for air conditioning in vehicles: ₹700 per day for Sedan and Innova, and ₹1000 per day for Tempo Traveller.
Vehicle Details & Upgrade Charge As Per Below
For 2 passengers, a non-AC Sedan is available. For 4 passengers, a non-AC Xylo can be used. For 6 passengers, a non-AC Innova is provided. For 12 passengers, a 12-seater Tempo Traveller is suitable.
Additional costs for upgrading vehicles:
- From Srinagar: Upgrading from an AC Sedan to an AC SUV costs ₹1500 per day; upgrading from an AC SUV to a 12-seater Tempo Traveller costs ₹2000 per day.
- From Jammu: Upgrading from an AC Sedan to an AC SUV costs ₹2000 per day; upgrading from an AC SUV to a 12-seater Tempo Traveller costs ₹2500 per day.
Terms and conditions
- In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..
- The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
- Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
- In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
- We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
- The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
- The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
Booking terms
- 50% advance to be paid at the time of booking.
- Air fair is calcualted at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
- 100 payment is to be made for domestic packages before 4 days of departure date.
- 100 payment is to be made for international packages before 7 days of departure date.
- In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies
Cancellation policy
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations regarding the initial booking amount.
- Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
- Cancellations made 30 days before the trip's start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the trip cost.
- Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the trip's start date will incur a 75% cancellation fee of the trip cost.
- Cancellations made within 0-15 days before the trip's start date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the trip cost.
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions leading to activity cancellations, the operator will endeavor to provide alternative feasible activities.
- However, no refunds will be granted for canceled activities due to these circumstances.
