Itinerary
Day 1: Bagdogra to Gangtok .
- Arrive at Bagdogra airport.
- Meet local representative and driver.
- Drive to Gangtok, Sikkim's capital.
- Check into the hotel and relax.
- Overnight stay in Gangtok
Day 2: Gangtok - Excursion to Tshangu Lake & Baba Mandir
- Morning excursion to Tshangu Lake (12,400 ft, 43 km from Gangtok).
- Travel through Kyongnosla Alpine Sanctuary.
- Visit Baba Mandir (13,100 ft, 16 km from Tshangu Lake).
- Return to Gangtok for overnight stay
Day 3: Gangtok to Lachung
- After breakfast, drive to Lachung (8,700 ft).
- Check into the hotel in Lachung.
- Overnight stay in Lachung.
Day 4: Lachung to Gangtok
- Check out from the hotel in the morning.
- Proceed to Gangtok; enjoy views of Kanchenjunga from Singhik viewpoint if weather permits.
- Check into the hotel upon arrival.

Day 5: Gangtok to Pelling
- Check out from the hotel in the morning.

Additional Notes.
- For timely arrival, we suggest morning or afternoon flights, as the drive from Bagdogra to Gangtok takes about 5 hours.
- In case of landslides or other issues affecting access to Tshangu Lake, an alternative sightseeing option will be provided.
- There is an additional cost for Nathula Pass, which is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and is subject to permit availability.
- Toy Train tickets are not included and are extra. The visit to Tiger Hill is subject to permission availability. The Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Centre is closed on Sundays.
- Children below 5 years of age can travel complimentary.
- Foreign nationals need valid permits; must be in groups of two or more.

Terms and conditions.
- In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..
- The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
- Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
- In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
- We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
- The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
- The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
Booking terms.
- 50% advance to be paid at the time of booking.
- Air fair is calcualted at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
- 100 payment is to be made for domestic packages before 4 days of departure date.
- 100 payment is to be made for international packages before 7 days of departure date.
- In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies.
Cancellation policy.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations regarding the initial booking amount.
- Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
- Cancellations made 30 days before the trip's start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the trip cost.
- Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the trip's start date will incur a 75% cancellation fee of the trip cost.
- Cancellations made within 0-15 days before the trip's start date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the trip cost.
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions leading to activity cancellations, the operator will endeavor to provide alternative feasible activities.
- However, no refunds will be granted for canceled activities due to these circumstances.
