Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Almaty
- Find yourself in Almaty, the largest city in Kazakhstan.
- Proceed to check into your hotel after the journey for a well-deserved rest.
- Explore the city center, including Panfilov Park.
- Zenkov Cathedral: Don't miss the beauty of the Zenkov Cathedral, an exquisite wooden structure.
- In the evening, indulge in a traditional Kazakh dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 2: Almaty City Tour
- Start your day with a hearty breakfast.

- Return to Almaty: Head back to Almaty by late afternoon.
- Evening Leisure: Spend the evening at your leisure, perhaps trying out some local cuisine.

Day 4: Shymbulak Ski Resort or Big Almaty Lake
- Option 1 - Shymbulak Ski Resort: Visit Shymbulak, a ski resort near Almaty. Enjoy activities like skiing (seasonal), cable car rides, or simply relish the mountain views.
- Option 2 - Big Almaty Lake: Explore Big Almaty Lake, known for its stunning turquoise waters. Enjoy the picturesque scenery and maybe hike around the area. (Optional during Winter season)
- Head back to Almaty by late afternoon.
- Spend the evening exploring the city or relaxing.

Day 5: Medeu Skating Rink & Departure
- Visit the Medeu Skating Rink, one of the highest skating rinks in the world. Enjoy the views and perhaps try ice skating.

- Check out from your hotel and head to the airport for your return flight to India

Other important information
Terms and conditions
- In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.
- The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
- Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
- In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
- We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
- The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
- The avance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first)
Cancellation policy
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations regarding the initial booking amount.
- Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
- Cancellations made 30 days before the trip's start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the trip cost.
- Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the trip's start date will incur a 75% cancellation fee of the trip cost.
- Cancellations made within 0-15 days before the trip's start date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the trip cost.
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions leading to activity cancellations, the operator will endeavor to provide alternative feasible activities.
- However, no refunds will be granted for canceled activities due to these circumstances.
